The Mold Inspection

The inspection is conducted by one of our managers and will take roughly 1/2 hour. The process will follow a 20 point detailed inspection. First, we look at all common problem areas, take environmental readings with advanced software. Then we have a thorough conversation going over historical water events in the home.

Problem areas included in the mold inspection are attics, basements, bathrooms, bathroom fans, caulking, ventilation, insulation, toilets, windows, humidity levels, crawlspaces, appliances. Hopefully we find nothing, but if mold is found then we will give you a write up on remediation costs with a project plan.
